KMFDM Announce North American Tour

KMFDM

German Industrial band KMFDM announced they'll reissue two of their albums "Opium" and "WWIII" through Metropolis Records on October 22nd on CD and digital copies. The news comes right on the heels of their last album "KUNST", which came out February of this year. This is perfect for when they hit North America in the fall.

Leader of the band Sascha Konietzko spoke to The Plague about their 10-track debut record "Opium", and said it was "like a demo, made under the most horrid conditions with absolutely no money at all." A reissue was released in 2002 but under a different label via First World/KMFDM Records.

Konietzko also mentioned "WWIII", which came out in 2003 via Sanctuary and describes it as "a very upfront and confrontational attack on George W. Bush's presidency and his abuse of politics."

Additonally, KMFDM plan to hit the road throughout North America beginning October 20th in Vancouver, BC at the Venue and concluding November 16th in Seattle, WA at Showbox at the Market.
